Legal basis for processing personal data
Legal basis for obtaining the permission to process personal data of a person in question is Article 6 (1)(a) and Article 7 GDPR. Legal basis for processing data to provide our services, to fulfill our contractual agreements, and to answer to questions is Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR. Legal basis for processing data to fulfill our legal obligations is Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR. Legal basis for processing data to protect our legitimate interests is Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
The personal data of the person in question will be deleted or blocked as soon as the reason for storing the data no longer applies. To answer individual questions or for providing services, we need your e-mail address and if necessary more information. Data that is collected when you visit our webpages
Every time a user accesses a page of our website and or downloads a file, the access data is saved in a log file on the webserver (Server-Log-File). We have access to these Server-Log-Files via our provider.
In detail, the Server-Log-File contains the following data:

The IP address of the website visitor is immediately anonymized and will not be stored. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time free of charge by clicking the unsubscribe link that is part of every newsletter we send. By clicking the unsubscribe link, your e-mail address is automatically removed from our newsletter mailing list.

PikeTec Support Ticket System
To answer requests via the "PikeTec Support Ticket System" you need to create an account. The e-mail address is the only personlized data necessary to create the account. We will delete your account on your request.

Our employees as well as all persons involved with data processing are obliged to observe the Federal Data Protection Law and the confidential treatment of personal data.
